Samsung Electronics congratulates Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang on Van Fleet Award

Samsung said it began airing the congratulatory video at 6 p.m. local time on Sept. 27. The video focused on Huang’s leadership and key achievements in advancing the AI industry. Snapdragon Summit 2026: User digital twin needed to enable local agentic AI

Qualcomm used a Snapdragon Summit session to showcase partner demonstrations rather than focusing only on chip performance. Qualcomm chip-based Microsoft Surface PCs show 80 percent faster local AI inference

Qualcomm presented agentic AI as the direction for its Snapdragon X2 series at Snapdragon Summit 2026 in Maui, Hawaii. Microsoft unveiled a 12-inch Surface Pro and a 13-inch Surface Laptop powered by Snapdragon X2 Plus. Qualcomm said local AI inference is 80 percent faster than the previous generation and GPU performance is up to 55 percent higher. The company also highlighted more operating systems, software demos and wider retail and enterprise adoption.
