Ditonic to work with LIG D&A on software-defined defense technology

AI platform company Ditonic said on June 1 it will work with defense company LIG D&A to build an AI-based software-defined defense operating environment. The companies will apply Ditonic’s AI OS technology to LIG D&A’s defense-domain expertise, focusing on combat management systems and broader C5I systems. Ditonic said its D.Hub platform will serve as LIG D&A’s L-NODE engine, supporting cloud-native operational continuity in an air-gapped environment.

Enhance secures strategic investment from Naver Ventures

Enterprise agentic AI startup Enhance said on Sunday it had secured a strategic investment from Naver Ventures, Naver\'s Silicon Valley corporate venture capital unit. Enhance said it is building an industry-specialised AI operating system based on ontology technology and provides services to about 30 global enterprise customers including Samsung Electronics. It said it is currently carrying out on-site work in more than 50 countries worldwide.

MegazoneCloud posts 1.75 trillion won in 2025 sales, returns to operating profit

MegazoneCloud said on Monday it returned to profitability on an annual basis. The AI and cloud company said 2025 consolidated revenue rose 27.9 percent from a year earlier to 1.75 trillion won, with net income of 8.2 billion won. It also posted adjusted EBITDA of 20.8 billion won, including stock-based compensation costs. The company said AWS-related business grew steadily and Google Cloud and Google Workspace revenue topped 200 billion won on an annualised run-rate basis.
