MegazoneCloud, an AI and cloud company, has succeeded in returning to profit on an annual basis.

MegazoneCloud said on April 7 that its 2025 consolidated revenue rose 27.9 percent from a year earlier to 1.75 trillion won. It posted net income of 8.2 billion won. Operating profit also turned positive, it said. Adjusted EBITDA, including stock-based compensation costs, came to 20.8 billion won.

The company stressed that the results were significant because it maintained double-digit revenue growth while strengthening its foundation for generating profit through advancing its business structure.

The company said AWS-related business continued to grow steadily, while revenue from Google Cloud and Google Workspace grew rapidly to surpass 200 billion won on an annualised run-rate basis.

Revenue tied to AI and security also exceeded 370 billion won and 70 billion won, respectively, showing that performance in new business areas is becoming more concrete.

MegazoneCloud said it significantly strengthened its ability to supply AI infrastructure in South Korea through distributor agreements with Nvidia and Dell last year. It also obtained ISO/IEC 42001 certification, an international standard for AI management systems. More recently, it launched AIR Studio V2, an enterprise AI OS, accelerating growth momentum in AI, it said.

In security, it strengthened partnerships with specialised security companies by field, including Wiz, Zscaler and Check Point. Overseas business revenue also reached 150 billion won. It is also speeding up the expansion of its global business focused on North America, the Middle East and Japan through stronger partnerships with local companies and advancing its MSP capabilities.

MegazoneCloud plans to strengthen its growth by building systems related to agentic AI and securing leadership in AI security and governance. It also aims to maximise profitability by expanding its multi-cloud and hybrid cloud portfolio, and to differentiate its offerings by using partnerships with more than 200 global companies. The company plans to triple revenue and achieve an operating profit margin of 15 percent by 2030.

MegazoneCloud said it will strengthen these businesses based on 600 billion won in available funds and IPO proceeds in the future.
