CoinFlip launches crypto payroll investment option for U.S. workers
CoinFlip has launched a payroll-based cryptocurrency investment program targeting U.S. workers, Cointelegraph reported on Tuesday. The program is designed to let users automatically buy cryptocurrencies through payroll deductions, including bitcoin, ether, solana and stablecoins. The minimum investment amount is $25. CoinFlip said tens of millions of Americans already hold digital assets, creating demand for approaches aligned with existing financial habits. Financial services firms are also expanding crypto-linked products.

Tether, issuer of the USDT dollar stablecoin, has partnered with video platform Rumble to introduce a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet, Rumble Wallet, Cointelegraph reported on Jan. 7. The wallet supports USDT, Tether Gold (XAUt) and bitcoin, allowing users to directly support Rumble creators with cryptocurrency. Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino said financial independence is essential for free content creation. Tether also provides on- and off-ramp services via MoonPay.

Polymarket has partnered with Dow Jones to provide prediction market data to The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, MarketWatch and Investor's Business Daily, Cointelegraph reported on Jan. 7. Dow Jones CEO Almar Latour said the decision is aimed at helping customers better interpret market sentiment and assess risk. Polymarket founder and CEO Shane Coplan said the collaboration will combine journalism's insight with real-time market probabilities.
