SK Telecom customers visiting Seongsu-dong will be able to enjoy various benefits such as free drinks and exhibitions in a comfortable rest area.

SKT said on Thursday it has revamped its brand experience space, T Factory Seongsu, and will introduce a new exhibition called the "Data Center Series."

SKT reconfigured T Factory Seongsu into a space that offers rest and experiences beyond a simple exhibition venue. The newly introduced "T Factory Lounge" is a cafe-style space that provides 1 free drink to SKT customers and 1 companion.

It will also offer a free baggage storage service so visitors can enjoy Seongsu-dong more easily. Visitors can also use various hands-on content and amenities such as four-cut photo shoots, a phone strap-making experience and charging services.

SKT will also introduce the new Data Center Series exhibition. It is designed to let visitors sensorially experience the concepts of "storage, processing and connection" for data centres, one of SKT's core businesses, in an offline space. The first exhibition, "Back to the ___." begins on Thursday.

Once inside the exhibition hall, visitors can experience photo studios representing each era. The space is designed to let people experience generational memories, including an 1980s video store, a 1990s sticker photo booth, a 2000s digital camera and 2010s smartphone sensibilities.

In the basement area, visitors can rent film cameras, Polaroid cameras and digital cameras to freely take photos around Seongsu-dong and Seoul Forest.

On the 25th, it will also hold an opening event with chef Yun Jumo from "Black and White Chef Season 2" to mark the lounge opening. Any SKT customer can take part on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yun Jae-woong (윤재웅), head of SKT's Product & Brand division, said the space was reconfigured so customers visiting Seongsu-dong can always stop by and stay comfortably. He said it will continue to introduce content that lets customers experience SKT's value in daily life.
