Vertiv launches Vertiv SmartRun prefab overhead infrastructure solution globally

Vertiv said on Jan. 27 it will launch Vertiv SmartRun, a modular prefabricated overhead infrastructure solution to accelerate data centre construction. Prefabricated overhead infrastructure is made in factory-built modules for power, communications and piping, then assembled on site. Vertiv said SmartRun integrates power distribution busbars, a liquid cooling piping network, hot-aisle containment and network infrastructure into a scalable solution, reducing complexity and shortening deployment time.

EasyA co-founder says XRP will top $1,000 by 2030

Dom Kwok (돔 콕), co-founder of blockchain education platform EasyA, reiterated his conviction in XRP’s long-term value, saying it was unlikely to be worth less than $1,000 by 2030. The Crypto Basic on Jan. 24 introduced his rationale, including XRP’s role in global payments, institutional participation and potential ETF interest. He also pointed to eased institutional barriers after a legal dispute with the SEC ended, while critics question the market-cap implications.

Sparklabs invests in Pierrot Company, operator of IT device subscription and redistribution services

Accelerator Sparklabs said on Tuesday it has invested in Pierrot Company, which operates IT device subscription and redistribution services. CNT Tech also participated in the investment. Pierrot runs the Phongo subscription service and the Ligo collection and redistribution business, based on a cumulative base of more than 10,000 IT devices. It also built global distribution channels through Ligo Trade and plans to upgrade trade infrastructure, add domestic corporate clients and expand globally with Sparklabs.
