Hecto Financial can expect overseas sales via Circle CPN, KB Securities says

KB Securities said Hecto Financial could expect explosive overseas sales through Circle’s USDC-based Circle Payments Network and forecast 2026 as the first year of a full re-rating in the company’s value. Analyst Kim Hyun-gyeom said earnings would be driven by growth in simple cash payments and expanded overseas merchants. He also pointed to a virtuous cycle in which more B2B settlement clients increase cross-selling for account-based payments.

Cabinet approves revision to R&D special zones law to strengthen protections in regulatory sandbox

South Korea’s Ministry of Science and ICT said on Monday that a bill revising the Special Act on Fostering Research and Development Special Zones was finalised by the cabinet after passage in parliament. The revision clarifies the right to claim compensation for personal harm arising from regulatory-exemption projects and bans the transfer or seizure of compensation deposited in designated accounts. The law will take effect six months after promulgation following presidential approval.

NH Nonghyup Bank expands WM specialized branches to 100

NH Nonghyup Bank said on Monday it has expanded its WM specialized branches, the NHAll100 Comprehensive Asset Management Center, to 100 locations nationwide. The network includes 39 sites in the Seoul metropolitan area and 61 outside it. The centers prioritise staff who completed NH Financial MBA or RWM expert programmes. Services include investment, tax and retirement planning tailored to regional customer needs, and stronger linkage with the NH Royal Chamber advisory space at headquarters.
