Tencent Cloud said on Feb. 10 it has upgraded BloomingTalk’s global messaging infrastructure based on its in-house chat instant messaging solution, building an environment where artists and fans can communicate in real time without delays regardless of region.
BloomingTalk adopted Tencent Cloud Chat as the core infrastructure of its messaging system to meet global fan needs and focus on experience-centred innovation.
Tencent Cloud Chat messaging channels support “BloomingTalk Artist AI” so it can communicate directly with fans 24 hours a day. This allows fans to have immersive conversations with artists and experience new forms of interaction. BloomingTalk’s “AI voice call” function was also implemented through Tencent Cloud’s conversational AI solution.
Jeong-pil Heo (허정필), country manager of Tencent Cloud Korea, said Tencent Cloud Chat instant messaging technology is supporting efforts to raise user engagement and build a seamless real-time communication experience that connects communities more closely. He said he expects the company to further strengthen cooperation with BloomingTalk and jointly drive new innovations that redefine the global fan experience.
