Worksphear shares directions for youth employment market shifts in AX era at national AI strategy committee forum
Worksphear took part in a relay forum hosted by the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy Committee and shared how the youth job market is changing in the AX era and what policy responses are needed. Its HR chief presented an assessment based on hiring data, pointing to rising applicant density and lower document-pass rates. He said mismatches were the core issue. Worksphear data also showed AI-related job postings rose 112 percent over five years.

Four major financial groups\' Q1 results split as AI, digital finance spread
South Korea\'s financial sector has entered the first-quarter earnings season, with non-interest income and non-bank units driving diverging results among major financial holding companies. KB Financial Group, Shinhan Financial Group and Hana Financial Group posted record results, while Woori Financial Group recorded a decline. Strong stock markets lifted securities firms\' earnings, and new savings and investment products were launched. The industry is also accelerating a shift toward AI and digital finance, alongside calls for stronger controls and risk management.

Ryu Je-myeong (류제명), second vice minister at the Ministry of Science and ICT, met young talent active in artificial intelligence and information and communications technology on April 24 at an ITRC youth roundtable. The meeting, a key event of the ITRC Talent Development Fair 2026, discussed ways to support master\'s and doctoral students. Participants included KAIST professor Han In-su and Aim Intelligence CEO Yoo Sang-yoon, along with former and current ITRC participants.
