Can Meta\'s Muse sustain its early surge? A reality check

Meta\'s personal AI agent Muse has drawn strong early reactions, topping 3.4 million downloads and taking the No. 1 spot on Apple\'s U.S. App Store. It has also coincided with a rise in Meta shares. But reports point to obstacles including users\' willingness to grant access to email and bank accounts, the need for retailer partnerships, rival moves by OpenAI and the challenge of turning usage into profit given computing costs and spending levels required.

XRP options volatility surges, outpaces bitcoin and ethereum

XRP has emerged as the biggest target for short-term volatility bets in the options market among major cryptocurrencies. Coinbase Markets put XRP’s expected one-standard-deviation move through Sept. 27 at about 8.9 percent, above Solana, ethereum and bitcoin. Derivatives data showed heavy trading, rising open interest and short liquidations, while positioning tilted toward longs. Fund flows were mixed, with 24-hour inflows and outflows roughly balanced but seven-day net flows negative.
