ESTsoft expands Perso Interactive AI avatar in public sector
ESTsoft said on Oct. 26 it is expanding supply of its real-time interactive AI avatar service, Perso Interactive, in the public sector. It is moving beyond AI kiosks to build customized services that link institutional websites, public data and internal work systems. The company has deployed civil-complaint and guidance services at offices including Gangseo-gu and Nonsan City, and is discussing adoption with Seocho-gu. It is also expanding use in education, libraries and cultural facilities.

Baemin picked as K-GX signature project for green delivery ecosystem
Woowa Brothers, operator of Baedal Minjok, said on Wednesday its project to build a platform-based green delivery ecosystem was selected as a signature project under the government’s Korean-style green transformation strategy, K-GX. The company said Baemin was the only IT platform firm chosen. It cited joint pilot programmes with government agencies and local governments for electric delivery motorcycles, including battery swap stations, free rentals and incentives per delivery.

Samsung Electronics holds Samsung AI Forum 2026 to discuss agentic AI
Samsung Electronics said on Sept. 30 it held the Samsung AI Forum 2026 at its Seocho office building in Seoul under the theme \"The Agentic Shift: From Intelligence to Impact\". The 10th forum focused mainly on agentic AI and physical AI. Some 400 people attended, including 100 professors and researchers from domestic AI graduate schools and 300 Samsung employees, and the event was streamed live on YouTube.
