Kwon Young-beom says hierarchical command-driven structure makes organisational innovation hard in AI era

Enterprise solutions firm Younglimwon Softlab on April 15 held a “2026 Corporate Culture Innovation Seminar” in Seoul under the theme of whether companies can survive without asking questions in the AI era. About 120 corporate officials attended. Chief Executive Kwon Young-beom said companies still rely on hierarchical, command-driven operations and that such structures make creativity and innovation difficult. He proposed autonomy and trust-based organisational design and introduced three mobile solutions.
