Lightbits launches KV cache engine to boost GPU performance
Lightbits Labs has launched its AI inference software engine, Infera, aimed at improving inference performance and cost efficiency. The company says Infera expands KV cache data beyond limited high-bandwidth memory attached to GPUs and targets large language model operations with long context windows or many concurrent sessions. It manages KV cache across GPU memory, DRAM and NVMe storage using predictive prefetching and supplies context in small blocks.

Chartnerd said XRP is trading below the lower band of the weekly Gaussian channel, a condition seen only seven times over 13 years. He said previous occurrences were followed by major repricing, but warned the indicator should not be used to time an exact bottom. He expects consolidation may persist before a larger move.

Google DeepMind has unveiled AlphaGenome Atlas, a database that predicts the molecular effects of about 9 billion possible single-letter DNA variants in the human genome. It aims to help researchers quickly prioritise disease-related variants and analyse biological impacts to support genomics research and drug development. The atlas extends predictions beyond protein-coding regions into non-coding DNA and provides an AlphaGenome Variant Impact score combining AlphaGenome and AlphaMissense outputs.
