HP pushes AI workstations to cut cloud reliance, expand local computing
HP is positioning so-called agentic AI as a core element of the next workplace and is expanding related hardware and on-device software. The company unveiled new AI PCs and workstation products in Seoul, along with its on-device AI platform, HP IQ. HP said the shift toward AI that understands and executes tasks increases demand for local computing, reducing cloud reliance while strengthening security and performance.

Line Games said on April 28 it will participate in 2026 PlayX4, a game show in the Seoul metropolitan area. The event will run from May 21 to May 24 at KINTEX in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province. The company will operate a dedicated booth and let visitors play demo versions of four new PC titles, including in-house projects \'Ember and Blade\' and \'Quiet\' and publishing titles \'Come to My Party\' and \'Code Exit\'.

Naver on April 28 launched a beta version of its AI search service, AI Tab, for Naver Plus membership users. The conversational search feature is designed to understand user intent and context and broaden exploration through dialogue. It strengthens links across Naver services such as integrated search, Shopping, Place, Blog and Cafe, supporting steps from browsing to action on a single screen, including reservations and purchases.
