PlaywithKorea said on Wednesday it has started official service in South Korea for MMORPG Seal M2, developed by PlaywithGames.
The mobile version is available on Google Play and Apple App Store. The PC version is provided through Com2uS' HIVE platform.
Seal M2 began pre-registration on Sept. 3, drawing 1.3 million participants. It supported pre-download from Oct. 19, ahead of the launch.
The game carries over the setting and atmosphere of the original Seal Online and its predecessor Seal M. It built its content around combat and character growth, collecting, cooperation and competition.
PlaywithKorea is providing all users with in-game items to mark reaching 1 million pre-registrations, including fast travel tickets, instant revival tickets, costume and oparts summon tickets, and "Gigas of Inheritance."
It is also holding events to mark the official launch. It plans to give additional rewards through an official forum sign-up event and the "New Seal Story" event.
A PlaywithKorea official said, "We will provide stable service and diverse content so that players can experience the fun unique to 'Seal M2' while inheriting the sensibility and charm of the original."
