Financial Services Commission Chairman Lee Eok-won (이억원) on Tuesday presented a draft roadmap to institutionalise ESG disclosures and announced plans to supply 790 trillion won in climate finance to support corporate green transition. The FSC will gather opinions on the draft until March 31 and aims to finalise it in April. ESG reporting will begin in phases for KOSPI-listed firms with consolidated assets of at least 30 trillion won, with Scope 3 emissions to be disclosed in principle from 2031.

Nexon said on Wednesday it will recruit speakers for its Nexon Developers Conference, the country’s largest game knowledge-sharing event, through March 4. NDC26 will be held for three days from June 16 at and around Nexon’s Pangyo headquarters in Gyeonggi province. It will run nine tracks including AI, programming, data and blockchain, and plans to expand sessions on AI use cases and know-how this year.
