AI app companies build in-house models as push grows; what next for Dokpamo overhaul?
More AI service companies are building in-house models to cope with the cost of using advanced AI models and to compete with large model developers. Legal AI startup Harvey has developed its Tenet model based on Moonshot\'s low-cost open-source Kimi K3. Coding AI Cursor is also accelerating its own model work and has launched its Origin code hosting platform. South Korea plans to revamp support for firms in the Dokpamo project from the third evaluation round.

MegazoneSoft builds Nongshim Group AX system on Google Workspace
MegazoneSoft, an affiliate of AI and cloud company MegazoneCloud, said on Aug. 21 it has completed a Google Workspace-based AX (AI transformation) system for Nongshim Group. The project covered building Google Workspace systems for 14 domestic affiliates and seven overseas units. It included migrating existing data to Google Drive, linking legacy systems and third-party solutions with Google Workspace, and change management to shift group-wide work practices toward AI.

MegazoneSoft says Agentic WX to support enterprise AX based on AWT
MegazoneSoft, an affiliate of AI and cloud company MegazoneCloud, held a leadership seminar in Seoul on June 23 for Google Cloud and C-level executives at major companies. The event highlighted Google Cloud\'s Agentic Workplace Transformation strategy and introduced MegazoneSoft\'s Agentic WX offering for executing AWT. Speakers said AI agent adoption requires changes in workforce ways of working, and presented a five-step end-to-end support plan and customer deployment cases.
