MegazoneSoft, an affiliate of AI and cloud company MegazoneCloud, has completed a Google Workspace-based AX system for cosmetics ODM company C&C International, it said on Wednesday.

C&C International worked with MegazoneSoft to introduce Google Workspace and build a work environment that supports real-time collaboration and the use of generative AI.

For the project, MegazoneSoft pre-validated functions and a technology configuration suited to C&C International's existing IT environment and work characteristics. It then established a phased AX plan reflecting actual user workflows and security requirements.

Through the AX rollout, C&C International is seeing benefits including the ability to work regardless of location or device and more active real-time collaboration, MegazoneSoft said.

MegazoneSoft also supported change-management training to help establish new ways of working, beyond building the AX system for C&C International.

MegazoneSoft plans to further increase the use of the Google Gemini model to streamline tasks such as internal information search and summarisation, and data analysis. It also plans to link Google's cloud analytics data warehouse BigQuery with C&C International's work data to support customised technical support, data-driven decision-making and the discovery of new AI use cases.
