LG CNS unveils \'Physicalworks\' RX platform, says it will build robot-led operating system
LG CNS unveiled its robot transformation (RX) platform brand, Physicalworks, integrating robot training and operations. At an RX media day in Seoul, CEO Shin Kyun-hyun (현신균) said the company would combine full-stack capabilities from training to deployment and operations to set a new standard for commercialising physical AI. The platform supports the full robot lifecycle and consists of Forge for training and Baton for operations and monitoring.

LGU+ holds disability awareness concert for employees for Day of Persons with Disabilities
LGU+ held a disability awareness programme for employees to mark the Day of Persons with Disabilities. The company and LG Electronics hosted an accessibility and disability awareness lunch concert on April 17 at LG Sciencepark in Magok, Seoul, with about 300 employees attending. The event featured a performance by a chamber orchestra made up of musicians with developmental disabilities, a lecture and hands-on demonstrations of accessibility technologies and assistive devices.

LG Innotek runs 143 billion won mutual growth fund
LG Innotek said it held its 2026 Mutual Growth Co-Prosperity Day in Seoul and signed fair trade and mutual growth agreements with about 100 partner companies. The company said it will support partners in finance, ESG and training. It said it set up a 143 billion won mutual growth fund offering lower rates than commercial banks and has provided 262 billion won cumulatively. It will also continue smart factory support and expand training programs.
