Calls grow to build trust infrastructure for corporate access to digital assets

With corporate participation in South Korea\'s digital asset market set to expand, speakers at a National Assembly seminar said the market should be opened safely by separating trading and asset custody, strengthening internal controls and setting clear liability frameworks for accidents. Participants called for independent custody infrastructure aligned with international standards, institutional-grade security and transparent management of reserve assets. They also urged swift progress on second-stage legislation for the Digital Asset Basic Act.
