Nam Gi-cheon (남기천), CEO of Won Investment Securities, joined the 'Life-saving Finance' campaign to prevent harm from illegal private lending and protect financially vulnerable groups.

Won Investment Securities said on Sept. 21 that Nam joined the campaign with Hana Card CEO Sung Young-soo (성영수) after being nominated by Woori Card CEO Jin Sung-won (진성원).

The 'Life-saving Finance' campaign began in July under the Korea Inclusive Finance Agency to protect financially vulnerable groups exposed to the risks of illegal private lending and to spread the values of inclusive finance.

Nam named Woori Savings Bank CEO Lee Seok-tae (이석태) and Kyobo Securities CEO Lee Seok-ki (이석기) as the next participants.

Nam said, "I will put the values of inclusive finance and shared growth into practice and work to foster a financial culture so that no one is left out of finance."
