Hecto Group steps up global Web3 push with commitment to Hashed fund

Hecto Group committed capital to \'Hashed Venture Investment Fund No. 3\', a fund formed by global blockchain-focused investment firm Hashed, as it accelerates its push into overseas markets. Hecto Group affiliates Hecto Innovation and Hecto Financial said on April 20 they made a total strategic investment of 3 billion won in the fund established by Hashed Ventures. Hecto Group said the move aims to combine Hashed’s global Web3 ecosystem with its financial and payments infrastructure.

Hecto Financial lunch with Circle CEO reaffirms close partnership

Global fintech firm Hecto Financial held a lunch meeting on April 13 with Jeremy Allaire, founder and CEO of Circle, the U.S. issuer of stablecoin USDC, and reaffirmed their close partnership. Executives from major South Korean financial institutions and fintech firms also attended. Hecto Financial participates in Circle’s global payment network as the only domestic payment partner. Hecto Group is also a partner in Circle’s Arc public testnet.
