Hecto Innovation first-half sales top 200 billion won for first time as multi-growth engine strategy gains traction

IT information services company Hecto Innovation said it surpassed 200 billion won in consolidated half-year revenue for the first time since its founding.

Hecto Innovation said in a preliminary earnings filing on Thursday that it posted 2026 first-half consolidated revenue of 215.1 billion won and operating profit of 27.4 billion won.

That was up 18.6 percent and 9.1 percent, respectively, from the same period a year earlier.

Second-quarter consolidated revenue was 102.8 billion won and operating profit was 12.9 billion won. Revenue rose 12.0 percent from a year earlier, while operating profit fell 4.0 percent. The company said the results reflected factors including new service launches and preemptive investment to secure future growth drivers.

Hecto Innovation said the record first-half performance showed its “multi growth engine” strategy of expanding multiple business pillars at the same time is delivering results. In the first half, revenue in its IT information services, fintech and healthcare segments rose 16.8 percent, 18.3 percent and 17.3 percent, respectively, from a year earlier. It said all business segments grew by around 17 percent without a bias toward any specific business.

Hecto Innovation said it is pursuing the buildout of a stablecoin ecosystem linking “wallet–payment–platform” to maximize group synergy, based on its IT capabilities and platform operation know-how. It plans to combine the payment infrastructure of its subsidiary Hecto Financial with wallet technology including that of Hecto Wallet One to complete stablecoin payment rails spanning stablecoin custody, payments and settlement.

Its subsidiary Hecto Healthcare is expanding its business scope based on competitiveness in functional ingredients. Hecto Healthcare, which has the premium probiotic brand Dsimonne, recently received recognition from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for a self-developed probiotic composite ingredient, acknowledging functionality stating it “may help reduce body fat,” and obtained approval as an individually recognized health functional food ingredient.

Hecto Healthcare secured a second individually recognized ingredient following Dsimonne. It plans to launch related new products early next year to target the body fat management market. It is also actively pursuing new businesses related to inner beauty and superfoods, while continuing to diversify its product portfolio and distribution channels.

Chief Executive Hyun-cheol Lee (이현철) said, “With balanced growth across all business segments, we surpassed 200 billion won in consolidated first-half revenue, proving both our fundamental competitiveness and the results of our multi growth engine strategy.” He said, “While maintaining stable profitability, we will continue investment to secure future growth drivers, including building a stablecoin ecosystem linking platforms, digital asset wallets and payment infrastructure.”
