ADT Caps partners with Hana Bank to support digital transformation for small merchants

SK Shieldus physical security brand ADT Caps said on Wednesday it will run a digital solutions support project for 500 small-business sites nationwide through Hana Bank’s “Hana Power On Store” program. It will provide selected merchants with AI CCTV, an IoT store management solution, kiosks, QR ordering and a clean care service. ADT Caps has continued the initiative with Hana Bank since 2023, supporting digital transformation at about 2,000 sites.

Hana Bank to support small merchants\' digital transition, up to 2 million won for 500 stores

Hana Bank will open a third round of applications for its Small Merchant Competitiveness Support Project to help small business owners digitise their stores. The bank will select 500 businesses and provide up to 2 million won per site to cover the purchase and installation of digital devices. Eligible items include AI CCTV and kiosk solutions. Applications are accepted online through New Hana OneQ and Hana Bank websites until Sept. 29.

Hana Financial opens AI, digital jobs centre for middle-aged in Gwangju Seo-gu

Hana Financial Group has opened a jobs centre in Seo-gu, a district of the Jeonnam Gwangju Integrated Special City, to help middle-aged people strengthen AI and digital skills and support re-employment. Hana Financial said it opened the Gwangju Seo-gu New Middle-Aged AI and Digital Jobs Centre on Aug. 25. The centre is the third under its Hana Power On Second Life programme, following openings in Seoul’s Gangnam-gu in 2024 and Sejong in January.
