SK Shieldus physical security brand ADT Caps said on Wednesday it will carry out a digital solutions support project for 500 small-business sites nationwide through Hana Bank’s small-business support program, “Hana Power On Store.”
ADT Caps will provide selected small merchants with AI CCTV, an IoT store management solution, kiosks, QR ordering and a clean care service. ADT Caps’ AI CCTV monitors store conditions in real time and supports a rapid response when abnormal situations occur.
The IoT store management solution integrates and manages key devices in stores and optimises energy use to improve operational efficiency. Kiosks and QR ordering improve customer convenience and work efficiency by digitising ordering and payment processes, while the clean care service supports professional disinfection and hygiene management.
ADT Caps has continued its small-business support project with Hana Bank since 2023 and has so far supported digital transformation for about 2,000 sites nationwide. An ADT Caps official said, "Digital transformation is now a key element for strengthening the competitiveness of small merchants, but many still hesitate to adopt it due to initial costs and operational burdens." The official added, "Together with Hana Bank, we will support the digital transformation of small merchants and continue ESG shared-growth activities that help stable business operations and growth."
