Strategy sells more MSTR shares, bitcoin holdings unchanged

Strategy sold 2,732,318 shares of MSTR common stock, raising net proceeds of $263.5 million and increasing its dollar reserve to $3.225 billion. The company sold no bitcoin from July 13 to 19, Decrypt reported. The funds were raised through an at-the-market program and added to a dedicated dollar reserve used for dividends and debt repayment. Michael Saylor said the company held 843,775 BTC and $3.2 billion in its dollar reserve as of July 19.

Bitcoin spot ETFs post $424.7 million net outflow, giving back last week\'s inflows

U.S. bitcoin spot exchange-traded funds saw $424.7 million of net outflows on July 13, effectively wiping out a recent inflow streak, according to CryptoSlate. Cumulative flows from July 6 to July 13 turned back to a $227.3 million net outflow. Fidelity’s FBTC and BlackRock’s IBIT led the withdrawals on July 13, while some funds posted inflows that were insufficient to shift the overall balance. Bitcoin traded around $62,611 on July 14.
