GS Shop said on Tuesday it has revamped its in-house beauty brand VU after 4 years and will introduce three skincare products. The company said the strategy is to strengthen competitiveness for exclusive products by offering value-for-money items that maintain ingredients and functions while reducing the price burden amid persistent high inflation. The renewed products will be unveiled on Wednesday on the GS Shop mobile app alongside an exclusive promotion.

GS25 expands 24-hour delivery via Coupang Eats nationwide

GS25 will expand its 24-hour delivery service through Coupang Eats to major regions nationwide. From May 19, the GS Retail-run chain will start 24-hour delivery at about 1,000 outlets outside parts of Seoul and Gyeonggi and some areas of six major cities. GS25 said late-night delivery sales at participating stores rose 42.7 percent in six months, prompting the expansion. Snacks, ice cream and noodles led late-night purchases.
