AI and data company Ncorea said on Tuesday its AI-based data governance automation solution MetaShopAI (META# AI, AIMetaXSuite V7.0) received a first-grade GS (Good Software) certification from the Telecommunications Technology Association of Korea (TTA).

The company said META# AI is an AI-based data governance automation solution that analyses a company’s databases, business documents, source code and metadata. It automates data standardisation and model updating processes, supporting improvements in data quality and data management efficiency.

It provides functions including automated standard dictionary building, Korean-language conversion of entities and columns, automated data standardisation, detection and definition of non-standard words, automated model updating and linkage with metadata management systems. The company said it automates tasks previously handled manually by professional consultants, enabling companies to establish a data standard system in a short period and reduce the time and costs needed across data governance implementation.
