Smilegate Stove opens pre-registration for \'Special Force Remastered\'
Smilegate\'s game platform Stove is launching pre-registration for Dragonfly\'s first-person shooter \'Special Force Remastered\' as a new title on the platform, it said on Thursday. The pre-registration runs through Sept. 16. Users who register will receive PlayK and discount coupons immediately, and will get limited-edition skins and Stove-exclusive items after the official launch. Additional rewards will also be offered based on cumulative play time.

Krafton is seeking to reinvent itself as a company that discovers and develops fun games, with a strategy to foster promising titles into franchises regardless of genre or IP. At Gamescom 2026 in Cologne, it unveiled five new games spanning multiple genres and development approaches. The company says it is pursuing a publishing strategy built on challenging genre conventions, working with external studios and reinterpreting existing franchises, while strengthening a repeatable system to find, validate and scale up franchise IP.
