Anthropic integrates Claude chat and Cowork into single window, adds document and slide tools

Anthropic has integrated Claude\'s chat and Claude Cowork screens into a single interface to reduce confusion over which tab to use for different tasks. The new layout lets users access chat, Cowork and Artifacts in one window, and expands Claude Design across the broader Claude experience. Anthropic also added presentation and document-writing tools, with sharing and mobile editing. The rollout starts with Pro and Max plans, then expands to Free and Team.

Unauthorised Claude token usage spreads after session hijacking, users say

Cases have emerged in which hackers hijacked login sessions for Anthropic’s Claude accounts and used Claude Code tokens without authorisation. Anthropic confirmed abnormal activity on some accounts, forced session terminations, invalidated server-side tokens and issued refunds to some users. A UK-based independent AI consultant reported unexplained usage increases on a paid plan and said detailed logs were unavailable. Similar complaints surfaced on Reddit and GitHub, including sudden usage spikes and billing changes.

Samsung SDS unveils Brity Works Cowork AI agent service

Samsung SDS unveiled Brity Works Cowork, an AI agent service aimed at users of its AI-based collaboration solution Brity Works, and said it will launch in October. The company shared the service’s features and strategy at its REAL Summit 2026 enterprise AX conference in Seoul. Samsung SDS said Cowork goes beyond an assistant by creating plans and executing tasks toward a final work goal, operating securely within governance standards.
