POSCO Future M to push AI transition, signs platform deal with Palantir
POSCO Future M will introduce U.S. firm Palantir\'s data platform as part of efforts to shift work across the company to an AI-centred model. It signed a contract to adopt Palantir\'s data operations and analytics platforms, Foundry and the AI Platform (AIP). The company plans to apply the tools first in sales and marketing to improve customer response and collaboration. It set targets to lift customer response capability by more than 60 percent, raise manufacturing productivity by 30 percent and halve product development time.

ARobot selected for DAPA \'defence innovation firms\' 5th cohort to push humanoid defence commercialisation
Humanoid robot company ARobot said on Monday it was finally selected for the fifth cohort of the Defence Acquisition Program Administration-led programme to foster defence innovation firms. The programme supports small and venture companies with growth potential in defence. ARobot said it can receive dedicated funding of up to 5 billion won for technology development and commercialisation, along with links to military pilot operations, incentives in defence bidding, consulting and export support.

Trump weighs Jay Clayton for new AI czar role
U.S. President Donald Trump is considering appointing Director of National Intelligence Jay Clayton as a new AI czar, Cointelegraph reported. Clayton could keep his DNI post while overseeing AI innovation and development and supervising tech firms’ self-regulation. Trump has pushed plans to create an “AI Force” and said he would manage the AI industry without adding new regulations. The White House has not made an official announcement.
