Mobility platforms target festival, tourism demand to monetise movement data

Netflix holds mentoring event for visually impaired students
Netflix held a mentoring talk concert for visually impaired students on April 17 at the Jongno campus of the National School for the Blind in Seoul, it said on Sunday. About 100 middle and high school students and teachers attended. Lawmaker Seo Mi-hwa and announcer Heo Woo-ryeong served as mentors, introducing voice-based career possibilities such as audio description narration.

The company and LG Electronics hosted an accessibility and disability awareness lunch concert on April 17 at LG Sciencepark in Magok, Seoul, with about 300 employees attending. The event featured a performance by a chamber orchestra made up of musicians with developmental disabilities, a lecture and hands-on demonstrations of accessibility technologies and assistive devices.
