Binance to distribute $800,000 worth of XRP in rewards campaign with strict KYC, volume and residency criteria

Binance has launched an XRP rewards campaign worth a total of $800,000, but participation is limited to users who meet strict criteria including residency, customer identity verification and trading requirements. Eligible users must hold at least 0.01 RLUSD in certain accounts and post average daily trading volume of at least $500 on margin or futures, using RLUSD as collateral. Rewards are calculated using the day’s lowest balance and can be reduced for funds converted from borrowed stablecoins.

Coinbase, OKX step up sign-up bonuses after Binance limits EU services

Coinbase and OKX are stepping up efforts to attract European users after Binance announced it would limit services in the European Union because it does not have a MiCA licence. Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong offered sign-up bonuses to users in several European countries and said the company would give a 5 percent bonus to users who transfer funds by July 13. OKX announced a welcome campaign including up to an 8 percent deposit-matching bonus.
