U.S. CFTC adds New York to lawsuit to block prediction market regulation

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission has filed a lawsuit against New York state over its move to regulate prediction market operators. Tesla details robotaxi-only Supercharger buildout, barred to public

Tesla has applied for permits to build two robotaxi-only V4 Supercharger sites in Chandler and Mesa, Arizona, a first confirmed plan for charging infrastructure dedicated solely to autonomous vehicle operations. The sites would not be open to the public, unlike Tesla’s roughly 7,000 public Supercharger locations worldwide. The move follows a withdrawn February plan for a San Francisco charging hub and comes as Tesla expands robotaxi service beyond Austin.
