Nexon opens Peak dedicated channel for Azur Promilia
Nexon has opened a dedicated channel for its new fantasy world RPG Azur Promilia on its game content community platform Nexon Peak and is recruiting beta participants for the Promilia Creators program through Oct. 30. The channel focuses on sharing fan-made content such as illustrations, comics, cosplay, fan music and goods. Selected creators will receive rewards including up to 1.5 million RP, Google Play gift cards and in-game items.

AI era makes good web addresses assets as big tech rushes to secure domains
Competition in AI is spreading to the internet addressing system, with big tech companies including OpenAI and Meta seeking AI-related top-level domains such as .agent and .agi. In ICANN’s 2026 new generic top-level domain application round, 481 applicants filed 1,615 applications. The most contested string was .agent. Companies also filed hundreds of brand-style applications, including .facebook and .chatgpt, though approvals will require ICANN review and dispute procedures.

South Korean game companies are showcasing upcoming subculture games at Tokyo Game Show 2026, aiming to test gameplay and character appeal with Japanese users and build early fandoms before official launches. Nexon Games, Netmarble, Smilegate and NC are presenting new titles including Pareidolia, Pearl in Blue, Future Sight: The Unseen Future and Astrae Oratio. Companies also outlined demos, promotional plans and development schedules, with NC targeting a 2027 release.
