[DigitalToday reporter Ho-jung Lee] Com2uS has begun preparations to launch its new turn-based RPG 'Tougen Anki Crimson Inferno' in Japan.
Com2uS said on Oct. 15 it has started pre-registrations in Japan via its official pre-registration page, Google Play, Apple’s App Store and Animate Games Online (AGO).
'Tougen Anki Crimson Inferno' is being developed based on the Japanese TV anime 'Tougen Anki'. It recreates the original story and characters with 3D graphics and battle presentation. The company plans to release it as a multi-platform game supporting mobile and PC.
Pre-registrations via the PC game platform DMM and Google Play Games (GPG) will also be offered later. The official pre-registration page also provides details on key characters and game information.
Com2uS plans to release the game in Japan first and then review gameplay quality and the play environment based on feedback from local users. It will then gradually expand service regions to global markets, including South Korea.
It also released a new video along with the start of pre-registrations. The video includes battle scenes featuring the main character Ichinose Shiki and key characters including Kougasaki Jin, Momomiya Tsubakiri and Momokusa Yomogi.
Com2uS plans to gradually disclose its Japan launch schedule and global service plans via the official brand site and social media (SNS).
