Apple to revamp MacBook Pro design for first time in five years, betting on display and weight

Apple is expected to unveil a redesigned MacBook Pro for the first time in five years, a report said. The new model is expected to keep the M5 Pro and M5 Max chips used in the current lineup, while focusing on reducing weight and improving the display. It could switch to OLED, add touchscreen input across the panel and update the front design. Reports also suggest the notch could be removed in favor of a hole-punch camera.
