LG HelloVision to premiere 'Smile Blooms' on The Life

LG HelloVision will premiere its new original content 'Smile Blooms' on The Life at 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 27. The program follows middle-aged mothers as they regain dental health and self-esteem, featuring stories submitted by family members. Cast members visit selected mothers to provide solutions, including personalised dental treatment based on specialist diagnoses. Trot singer Jang Min-ho, chef Jo Seo-hyung and dentist Jang Hyuk-jin host the show.

Woowa Brothers launches Baemin Startup Square, offers 10-year rent-free lease at Pangyo headquarters

Woowa Brothers said it will hold the 2026 Baemin Startup Square Ignition Day for two days from Jan. 26 at Baemin Startup Square, a venture support space inside its new Second Pangyo headquarters, together with 13 support organisations. The company will provide part of the building as a startup support space and offer a 10-year rent-free lease. About 50 startups have confirmed residency, with move-in to be completed by late February.

Lotte to pay partner firms 10.7 trillion won early ahead of Lunar New Year

Lotte will bring forward supply payments worth 10.7 trillion won to about 13,000 partner firms ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday, it said on Jan. 27. A total of 27 affiliates including Lotte Department Store, Lotte Engineering & Construction, Lotte Home Shopping and Lotte Innovate will participate. Lotte said it has made early payments to more than 10,000 partner firms each year since 2013 and also runs support programs including a 1 trillion won fund.
