AI and cloud company Namu Technology said on Tuesday it has agreed to jointly develop an enterprise agentic AI platform with global open-source software company Red Hat.

The cooperation is part of Red Hat’s Co-Creation partner programme. The companies plan to speed up efforts to target enterprise markets in South Korea and overseas, centred on an integrated agentic AI platform based on Red Hat AI Enterprise.

The companies will also jointly pursue AI adoption and the establishment of operating frameworks tailored to customer environments.

The NAMU Agentic AI for Red Hat AI Enterprise platform developed by Namu Technology is a solution that integrates NAA (NAMU Agentic AI), Namu Technology’s agentic AI platform, into the Red Hat AI Enterprise environment. It provides document-based question-and-answer, data integration, report generation and multi-agent orchestration functions.

It can be deployed and managed in the same way across on-premises, private cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments, Namu Technology said. It also said the platform can be used in the finance, healthcare and public sectors by taking into account South Korean regulatory requirements such as the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). A Namu Technology official said, "Through cooperation with Red Hat, we will continue to support customers so they can apply AI to their work more quickly and enhance its practical value."
