Toss Bank launches 'Check Your Business Income Ranking' for sole proprietors

Toss Bank on June 8 launched a service for sole proprietors called 'Check Your Business Income Ranking'. It allows users to see where their business income ranks among similar sole proprietors by industry, the owner’s age and years in business. Rankings are based on business income listed on National Tax Service income certificates. Results are shown in percentile bands, and users can also view estimated income needed to reach higher tiers.

Musinsa secures China direct-buying channel for K-fashion brands

Musinsa has set up a channel structure to target both China’s domestic market and demand for cross-border direct purchases. The company said on June 8 it opened an online official store on Tmall Global, China’s largest cross-border shopping platform. It will run both a Tmall flagship store and Tmall Global, and said this will expand customer touchpoints in China. Musinsa also said brands can sell without setting up a local entity or distribution network.

Cucon links Seoul Pay with Liquid Group to expand cross-border QR payments

Cucon said on June 8 it will provide a payment service linking Seoul Pay with Singapore fintech Liquid Group. The partnership allows foreign tourists to pay at Seoul-area merchants through their home payment apps, such as Liquid Pay, without separate sign-ups or additional settings. Cucon said domestic small businesses can accept various overseas simple-payment methods using existing QR codes without building separate foreign-currency systems.
