Enterprise agentic AI company Enhans said on Wednesday it signed a memorandum of understanding with mobility lifestyle company Auto& to develop AI agents and build ontology-based "AI native commerce."

The deal centres on combining Auto&'s automotive commerce business and data capabilities with Enhans' AI agent operating system, AgentOS, and its ontology technology.

Enhans structures relationships among dispersed data such as products, prices and inventory using ontology technology. It supports AI agents in using that data in actual work through AgentOS.

The companies will first apply AI agents to product searches and analysis of price and product information on global marketplaces. They plan to later expand the scope of automation to product listing and sales, price adjustments and promotions.

In the medium to long term, they will also review vehicle management services linked to a software-defined vehicle, or SDV, environment. The approach would notify drivers when to replace auto consumables such as tyres, wipers and filters, and connect them to product purchases and subscription services. Auto& aims to complete development of AI native commerce in line with major customers' SDV mass-production schedules in 2028.

Enhans CEO Seung-hyun Lee (이승현) said, "We will validate practical usability step by step from product analysis to operational tasks, and later expand the scope of cooperation to the SDV environment."
