French exchange Lise seeks Europe's first fully onchain IPO with ST Group listing on April 9

Paris-based Lightning stock exchange Lise is preparing a listing that could become Europe’s first fully onchain initial public offering. CoinDesk reported Lise plans to list French aerospace parts supplier ST Group on April 9. ST Group makes composite parts used in aircraft, defense systems and space programs, and estimates potential program revenue over the next 10 years at about 59 million euros ($68 million).

U.S. prosecutors charge 10 with crypto price manipulation after FBI undercover probe

U.S. prosecutors have charged 10 people with cryptocurrency price manipulation, renewing attention on the line between wash trading and market makers and manipulators. Coindesk reported that California federal prosecutors charged people affiliated with Gotbit, Vortex, Antier and Contrarian. Prosecutors allege they artificially boosted token prices and trading volumes and then sold at peaks, harming investors. The case was uncovered through an FBI undercover operation.

Naoris Protocol launches quantum-resistant blockchain mainnet

Naoris Protocol has launched a quantum-resistant blockchain mainnet designed to maintain security against attacks by quantum computers, CoinDesk reported on April 3. Chief Growth Officer Nathaniel Szerezla said the mainnet marks a shift from proof of concept to operational infrastructure and has already validated more than 100 million transactions using post-quantum cryptography. The launch comes amid concerns that existing blockchains could face a so-called Q-Day threat.
