Hana Bank has fully revamped its membership service for salary-transfer customers, 'Daldalhana Company', and introduced a promotion system in which ranks rise based on financial transaction performance.
Hana Bank said on Wednesday it is newly rolling out the salary membership Daldalhana Company, run on its Hana OneQ mobile app, by adding a rank promotion system and participatory features such as “check in for work.”
The revamp links financial transaction performance to promotions in a virtual workplace. Customers receive a monthly lucky envelope and can be promoted through five levels, from employee to assistant manager, manager, senior manager and department head, if they meet step-by-step conditions such as deposits and instalment savings, automatic transfers and card use.
Each time a customer moves up a rank, the bank provides a 100 percent winning coupon suited to that level. Customers promoted to the top rank of department head also get an additional chance to win 111,111 Hana Money points.
The bank also introduced a daily check-in feature. With one participation per day, it provides random coupons for items such as snacks. Winning customers receive mobile coupons for items such as drinks and snacks.
It also expanded rewards for Scout, a referral feature. Both the referrer and the new subscriber receive 500 Hana Money points, five times the previous 100 points.
Hana Bank will also run a renewal celebration event through the end of December. It will draw 3,000 winners from among customers who solve a quiz and complete full registration, and provide various prizes.
A Hana Bank official said the service was revamped so that customers can have the experience of checking in for work every day and being promoted, going beyond simple salary benefits.
