Hana Bank says upgraded in-house finance AI search sharply raises success rate
Hana Bank has developed a search service using an in-house finance-focused AI model, cutting its search failure rate from about 20 percent to below 5 percent. The bank is testing the service for possible use in its Hana1Q app. It plans to improve its ability to handle complex financial queries by using AI-UX to add context through follow-up questions and a knowledge graph to structure priorities and relationships among financial rules and documents.

Snapdragon Summit 2026: User digital twin needed to enable local agentic AI
Qualcomm used a Snapdragon Summit session to showcase partner demonstrations rather than focusing only on chip performance. Executives said building an on-device agent that remembers and understands users and acts on their behalf requires software that gathers user context. They described a user “digital twin” based on habits, preferences, routines and places, supported by an on-device personal knowledge graph. Demos covered memory, decision-making and action by partner services.

Global AI agent startup Rainer will work with the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) to develop AI technology specialised for policy research. The partners will jointly develop a knowledge graph and AI agents for international development and science and technology policy using Rainer Scholar, an academic research AI agent. They will also analyse the impact of AI on productivity and access to knowledge and plan to build a policy simulation environment.
