Yanolja Cloud Solution (YCS), a member of Yanolja Hospitality Solution, launched its AI concierge solution Pulse AI on Aug. 13. The multi-agent tool supports hotel operations including customer service, bookings, check-in and check-out, room service, housekeeping, payments and room upgrades. Linked with YCS’ property management system, it can process tasks using real-time booking and room status data. YCS ran a preview at about 1,000 hotels in India and plans to expand to Thailand, the United States, Malaysia and Africa.

Yanolja Group\'s hotel development consulting firm Yanolja Partners said on Thursday it has launched a hostel brand, Stay Arijae, and will expand consulting for hostel operators. It will support site analysis, brand planning, space design, room composition and customer experience design for new hostel projects and lodging remodels. The company said it provides brand design and consulting without franchise fees or royalties, and operators can choose contractors and operating methods.
