Yanolja Cloud Solution (YCS), a member company of Yanolja Hospitality Solution, said on Aug. 13 it officially launched its AI concierge solution Pulse AI.
Pulse AI is a multi-agent AI solution that supports hotel operations including customer service and bookings, check-in and check-out, room service, housekeeping, payments and room upgrades.
Linked with YCS’ property management system, it can process tasks based on real-time booking information and room status. Guests can use WhatsApp and a web-based guest portal to confirm reservations, request room services and make payments.
YCS ran a preview program at about 1,000 hotels in India to build up data. It plans to expand the rollout to Thailand first, followed by the United States, Malaysia and Africa.
A Yanolja official said the company plans to keep upgrading its AI agents based on global hotel operations data to improve operational efficiency for travel businesses and enhance customer experience.
