[DigitalToday reporter Seulgi Son] Yanolja’s technology development unit Yanolja Next said on Wednesday it will apply its real-time communication solution, Tella, to Trustay’s residential platform KnockTown 'Noki AI 24-hour guidance service'.
As a result, residents can file complaints through KnockTown, check maintenance fees or receive guidance related to visiting vehicles regardless of management office hours.
Simple, repetitive inquiries and guidance tasks will be handled automatically to reduce the management office’s workload. Management staff will be able to focus on tasks requiring separate judgment, such as on-site responses or complex complaints, it explained.
Tella is a real-time communication solution that identifies user inquiries and connects them with necessary information or services. It has previously been used for customer support in the travel industry.
Yanolja Next plans to use this partnership as an opportunity to expand the scope of Tella’s application beyond housing to lifestyle and industrial areas with high demand for customer inquiries and real-time guidance.
A Yanolja official said the key to the rollout was not merely introducing new technology but reducing small, recurring inconveniences residents experience in daily life. The official said the company would continue to expand convenient experiences people can feel in everyday life based on its accumulated technology and service experience in the travel industry.
