Ukraine moves to cut Starlink reliance with Nokia and ICEYE communications cooperation

Ukraine is moving to secure alternative communications networks after restrictions on SpaceX\'s Starlink and Starshield services, the report said. Ukraine\'s Defence Ministry signed a letter of intent with Finland\'s Nokia and satellite manufacturer ICEYE to develop new defence and satellite communications capabilities. Officials said connection limits for drones and aircraft travelling above 100 miles per hour were continuing and had affected combat operations. The issue has fuelled calls in U.S. politics for an investigation into SpaceX.

Trump announces $4.2 billion Audi U.S. plant investment to produce 200,000 SUVs a year

Audi will invest about $4 billion to build an SUV plant in Georgia, targeting annual output of up to 200,000 vehicles and about 4,500 jobs. U.S. President Donald Trump highlighted the project at a Republican campaign event as a result of his tariff policy ahead of the Nov. 3 midterm elections. The plan includes producing large SUVs such as the Q7, Q8 and Q9, with construction slated for 2027 and production planned for the early 2030s.
