Hardware supply chains are emerging as a key battleground as vehicles electrify and become more intelligent, humanoid robots move toward mass production and AI data centres raise power density. Demand is rising for power semiconductors, sensors, connectors, materials and thermal management. Electronica Shanghai 2026, running July 1 to 3 in Shanghai, will bring together global and Chinese suppliers. Korean component and semiconductor firms are also set to participate.

Messe Muenchen to hold electronica India and productronica India simultaneously in September
Messe Muenchen will hold an electronics components exhibition and an electronics manufacturing equipment exhibition simultaneously in Bengaluru, India, in September. electronica India and productronica India will run for three days from Sept. 16 to 18. The events, launched in 2000, are held together each year. In 2025, 733 companies from 29 countries took part, with more than 50,000 visitors and 55,000 square metres of exhibition space.
