Hancom shareholder meeting approves name change, steps up shift to agentic OS

Hancom on Wednesday approved a charter amendment at a shareholder meeting to change its corporate name to Hancom (HANCOM). The company said it will accelerate its shift into an “agentic OS” company, describing the system as an operating system that connects and controls multiple AI agents in one environment. Hancom plans to release a beta version in the second half of this year and target both domestic and global markets.
