Hancom completes 2026 wage and collective agreement, steps up agentic OS business

Hancom said on Tuesday it had concluded its 2026 wage and collective bargaining agreement early. It said it plans to speed up its sovereign agentic operating system business and expand its global business, based on a culture of communication and trust between labour and management. Under the agreement, it raised salaries by an average of 5.8 percent and introduced or strengthened provisions to improve working conditions, including welfare points and annual leave.
